Fastbreak Service
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: Budget is located in the Rental Car Center. The Rental Car Center is now a part of the CVG Terminal - no need to get on a shuttle. Rental car pick up or drop off will take place in the new consolidated and connected Rental Car Center.
If flying: Budget cars will now be accessible by walking from baggage claim - no shuttles needed. Follow Terminal signage to Ground Transport West to the Rental Car Center inside the Terminal.
CARS: Vehicles are located at the Car Rental Center on airport property near the terminal.
RETURNS: Follow signs for car rental returns. The return lot is available for early returns starting at 3:00 am Monday-Friday and 4:00 am on Saturday/Sunday.
DRIVERS CIRCLE - FASTBREAK COUNTER
When you arrive, go to the Budget Fastbreak counter in the baggage claim area. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

NOTE: Some locations may have a key drop available:

Drop Box Available: If the customer chooses to leave the vehicle, the customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages or theft of the vehicle may have incurred during after hours) until the contract can be closed on the following business day.

Drop Box NOT Available: If the location does not have a key drop box, the location does not permit vehicles to be left after closing hours. The customer should never lock or leave the keys inside the car. The customer is responsible for the vehicle & all charges (including any damages to or theft of the vehicle and locksmith fees if they choose to lock the keys in the car). The customer can either choose to return the car the next day the location is open OR change the Drop Off Location to the nearest Regional Airport. Customer is responsible for all charges related to the drop-off modification.

When it’s time to catch your return flight, bring your Budget rental car to this address: Cincinnati/N Kentucky Intl Apo, 3057 Terminal Dr, Hebron, KY 41048. CVG car rental drop-off and pickup are both located at the same address. Watch for signs directing you to Rental Car Return as you near the terminal.
