Where Is Budget Car Rental at LaGuardia?

Fastbreak Service
IMPORTANT - LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is still under construction. Please advise all customers to expect delays getting to and from our facility. Customers should allow extra time before their flight for return back to the airport. The Port Authority will have signage throughout LGA to help customers. As of February 2, 2023, rental car shuttles have returned to terminal frontage for customer pickup and drop-off.
COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS
MARINE AIR TERMINAL (TERMINAL A): Arriving customers will proceed through the lobby and to the first curb the rental car common bus waiting area for the Budget shuttle bus. The Budget shuttle bus will take customers to the Budget car rental facility where customers will proceed to the Budget counter.
(TERMINAL B): On the arrivals level proceed to the first curb between Rental car shuttle bus between numbers 4 and 6. The Budget shuttle bus will take customers to the Budget Car Rental Facility where customers will proceed to the Budget counter.
(Terminal C): On the arrivals level proceed out to the first curb marked Rental car shuttle the Budget bus will meet you there then take you to the Budget counter. Upon arrival FastBreak Service customers with reservations will look for the board/kiosk.
VEHICLES: Located approx 1.5 miles from the airport at the Car Rental Facility. Proceed to the Budget counter FastBreak line/or normal line if no FastBreak line designation/or follow directions to the FastBreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget FastBreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours. All returning customers will be taken from the Car Rental Facility back to the common bus area located at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). Customers will then get on the Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" depending on which terminal they are headed to.

WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS - Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Budget Vehicle rental lot. Proceed inside to the counter.
VEHICLES: Located approx 1.5 miles from the airport at the Car Rental Facility.
RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Look for the "Car Rental Return" signs. All returning customers will be taken from the Car Rental Facility back to the common bus area located at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). Customers will then get on the Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" depending on which terminal they are headed to. Returns for Budget are available from 6:00am-11:00pm.
DRIVERS CIRCLE
When you arrive, go to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
The Budget vehicle rental lot is open from 0600-2300. After the location closes, customers wanting to return vehicles between 2301-0559 can return at the Avis location. Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return that lead to the Avis vehicle rental lot, then proceed inside to the Avis counter. A shuttle bus will take the customer back to the terminal.

The Budget LGA rental car return area can be found by following signs pointing to the rental car return area as you approach the airport. Remember to check your vehicle for any personal items. After returning your LGA car rental, follow the general directions above to travel to the airport terminal for your flight.
